Our services are provided in Ohio and nearby areas unless stated otherwise. 2) Acceptance of terms By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the services. 3) Eligibility & accounts You must be 13+ to use the site and 18+ to place orders or make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact and delivery details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. 4) Marketplace relationship We operate a local delivery marketplace. Restaurants and other merchants are independent businesses. They set their own menus, prices, and hours. We facilitate ordering, payment, and delivery. We do not prepare food and are not responsible for merchant product descriptions, preparation, or quality; however, we want you satisfied and will help resolve issues. 5) Orders, pricing, and payment Order acceptance. Your order is an offer; we (and the merchant) may accept or reject it (e.g., item unavailable). If declined, you will not be charged or you will receive a prompt refund for any captured amount. Pricing & fees. Prices and fees (delivery, service, small‑order, or other applicable fees and taxes) are shown at checkout and may vary by merchant and time. Tips are optional unless a merchant specifies otherwise. Payments. Payments are processed by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Coupons & promotions. Promo codes may be limited by time, region, merchant, or inventory. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time. 6) Delivery & risk of loss Windows & estimates. Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Weather, traffic, and merchant preparation times can affect timing. Drop‑off. Default is doorstep drop‑off unless a merchant or customer requires hand‑off/ID check. Unable to deliver. If we cannot reach you at arrival, we may attempt to contact you. After reasonable attempts, the order may be marked delivered or returned; additional fees may apply for re‑delivery. Risk. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or designated hand‑off point. 7) Cancellations, substitutions, and refunds Before prep. You may cancel before the merchant begins preparing the order; refunds are typically available in this window. After prep. Once prep starts, cancellation or changes may be limited. Substitutions require your consent unless you set preferences. Quality issues. For missing/incorrect/damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can work with the merchant to make it right. Refunds/credits are at our reasonable discretion consistent with applicable law. 8) Prohibited items We currently do not deliver alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or other age‑restricted items unless explicitly stated and legally compliant. We may refuse delivery of unsafe, illegal, or restricted items. 9) Acceptable use You agree not to: (a) misuse the site; (b) attempt to interfere with networks or security; (c) engage in fraud or abuse (e.g., chargeback abuse, coupon abuse); or (d) reverse engineer or copy our services beyond permitted use. 10) Communications; SMS program Transactional messages. By placing an order and providing your phone number, you agree we may send transactional SMS (e.g., order confirmations, ETA updates). Promotional messages (optional). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Toll‑free/10DLC compliance.
